What Plumbers in Bulverde Sort Out First
Plumbers in Bulverde sort out where the water comes from first, because the city runs no water system. A Bulverde subdivision is on The Texas Water Company or Water Services, Inc., and a house outside those lines pumps from its own well. New Trinity aquifer wells here have followed Comal Trinity Groundwater Conservation District rules since January 1, 2019. Bergheim Plumbing is 17 minutes up the road.
Wastewater splits the same way. A Bulverde home that is not on a public sewer line runs a septic system permitted under Comal County rules. Tell us which water and which drain you have when you call, and we will know what the job looks like before the truck leaves the shop.

Straight Answers
Bulverde Plumbing Questions, Answered
Which Water System Serves My Bulverde House?
The city runs none. It is The Texas Water Company, Water Services, Inc. or your own well. If you get no water bill, the house is on a well.
Do I Need a Permit to Drill a New Well in Bulverde?
New Trinity aquifer wells in Comal County have followed Comal Trinity Groundwater Conservation District rules since January 1, 2019. Ask the district before drilling.
Is a Bulverde House on Sewer or Septic?
Septic, unless the house ties into a public sewer line. Comal County permits the septic system.
Why Does My Bulverde Faucet Sputter?
Often it is air in the line after work on a water main. Run the cold tap a minute, and call us if it keeps sputtering.
Do You Do Softeners for Bulverde Wells?
Yes. We test the water first, then size a water softener to the house, which also protects the water heater.
Do You Charge Anything Just to Look?
No. Coming out to Bulverde is free, and you pay only for the work you approve.
