## What Your Neighbors Already Said

> The team and service are exceptional! Prices were up front and very reasonable. We will be using them going forward for all our needs. Other plumbers we have tried in the area were either no-shows or tried to sell us things we didn't need. This company is reputable and trustworthy.

> Competent, honest, and friendly. What more can you ask for? Bergheim Plbing has done several jobs for me, and everything has been done perfectly and reasonably. I would recommend them to anyone.

> Had a great experience yesterday with Colton and John. They fixed a leak in our water softener, and then volunteered to drain my water heater for me as I was asking questions about how to do that! Professional and very customer-oriented. Highly recommend!

> They were lifesavers today! I accidentally dropped a flashlight down the drain pipe for my washer while trying to clean it out. They came quickly, got the flashlight out and cleaned the drain. So appreciate them and would highly recommend them!!!

> Honest advice, on time, reliable! I highly recommend Colton and his team!

## What Hill Country Homeowners Ask Us

**Do You Charge for a Service Call?**
No. Coming out and looking costs you nothing. You pay for work you approve, not for the truck showing up.

**Do You Work After Hours?**
After hours emergency service available. Call the number and if it is an emergency, say so.

**Do You Install Tankless Water Heaters?**
Yes. Tankless is the new thing, and we teach customers the value of having one when it fits the house. We swap tank for tankless, and we still repair and replace the standard gas and electric tanks.

**Do You Work on Well Water and Water Softeners?**
Yes. Hill Country water is hard on pipes and fixtures. Water heaters and water softeners are the work we want more of, and we install and service the softener ourselves, so you are not stuck with a box off a store shelf.

**How Far Do You Travel?**
About fifty miles out of Spring Branch: Kerrville down to Boerne, North San Antonio, Bandera, Pipe Creek, Leon Springs, New Braunfels, Canyon Lake and Bulverde.

**How Fast Will Somebody Call Me Back?**
Within an hour or two. David watches the phone and the email himself, and that window is one he already keeps.
